This 45 year old woman had previously underwent several breast enhancement operations. She presented to my Southlake office with a deflated right breast implant and left sided capsular contracture. We removed the old implants, corrected the capsular contracture, and used slightly larger silicone implants to enhance her appearance. She is now very happy with her breasts! Photos are shown 1 month after surgery.
