This 45 year old patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area had previously undergone a breast augmentation with 450 cc saline implants by another surgeon. She was unhappy with how high the implants were, and also wanted to improve her breast cleavage. Grapevine/Southlake plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason replaced her implants with Allergan full profile 560 cc cohesive gummy bear implants, and used sutures to place the implants in a more favorable position on her chest, improving her projection and cleavage.
