This 45 year old patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area wanted to increase the size and improve the shape of her breasts after a prior saline breast augmentation with another surgeon. Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason exchanged her 600 cc implants for Mentor Moderate High Xtra 700 cc silicone implants. She is shown with improved implant position, as well as enhanced size and projection.
