This 49 year old patient from Dallas, TX wanted to refine the appearance of her breasts after a prior breast augmentation. Dr. Roger Cason removed her old saline implants, replacing them with Mentor 375 cc silicone implants. He also performed a mastopexy (breast lift) to improve the shape of the breasts.
