This patient from the Dallas Metroplex had loss of breast volume and breast drooping (ptosis) after weight loss. Her goals were improved breast shape, as well as increased upper pole fullness. To accomplish her goals, Dallas-Ft. Worth plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason perform a staged mastopexy augmentation. In the first stage, she underwent a breast lift to reposition her areolas to their natural position. In the second stage, a Mentor 360 cc silicone implant was placed under the muscle to provide volume and upper pole fullness.
