This 54 year old patient wanted to downsize her implants and improve the shape and perkiness of her breasts. Dr. Roger Cason performed an implant exchange, replacing her current 650 cc implants with 520 cc silicone implants, as well as a lift to provide her the maximal upper pole fullness.
