Silicone Implants Before & After Case 364

This 39 year old mother of 3 was unhappy with her body after childbearing.   Despite a busy home life chasing the kids and managing to find time to do elliptical for cardio (as well as visiting the gym), she could not get back her pre-baby body.  Twins had stretched out her stomach skin & muscles, and even though she managed to loose all 55 lbs of “baby” weight, her body didn’t show it.  We decided to proceed with a Mommy Makeover consisting of a tummy tuck, paired with a combined mastopexy / augmentation.  (Even though she was happy with her breast volume, she wanted a small implant to provide some upper pole fullness that doesn’t happen with a normal breast lift.)  We selected textured Sientra round implants to help maintain the position of the extra breast volume.  Recovery was fairly straight-forward, and she loves her new body!  Photos are shown 8 weeks after surgery.  (She is still actively performing scar care, as the scars have not fully matured.)
