This patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts, which had become droopy and deflated. She wanted a more youthful shape with upper pole fullness. The decision was made to use a highly cohesive implant in conjunction with the breast lift to achieve her goals.
