Eyelid Surgery (Lower) Before & After Case 734

This 55-year-old patient from the Dallas area was unhappy with the appearance of her eyes which she believed gave her an aged, tired appearance. Additionally, she had drooping of her upper eyelids, called ptosis, that exaggerated her aged look and also interfered with her vision. 

Dr. Cason performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and repair of her droopy eyelids. She is shown here 3 months after surgery with a dramatically refreshed look.
