This 31 year old patient wanted to improve the appearance of lower bags underneath her lower eyelids. Dr. Roger Cason performed a lower blepharoplasty to remove the excess fat of her lower eyelids with an incision inside her eyelid, in conjunction with facial fat grafting to give blend the lid cheek junction.
