Eyelid Surgery (Upper) Before & After Case 70

This is a 47 year old woman who came to my office interested in 'fixing' her upper eyelids. She was overall happy with the appearance of her face, but recently had noted that her eyes appeared tired and heavy. She desired eyelid rejuvenation, but didn't want to end up looking like a different person.
I recommended an upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eye lid surgery) which would remove the excess skin and some excess fat of the upper lid. I felt that a conservative approach would give her a refreshed, natural appearance with minimal downtime.
I performed an upper lid blepharoplasty with skin excision and a small amount of fat resection to avoid the tell-tale 'hollow' operated look. She recovered with very mild swelling and minimal bruising. Post operative photos were taken at 5 weeks. She is very happy with her results!
