Eyelid Surgery (Upper) Before & After Case 737

This 41-year-old female had previously undergone a closed rhinoplasty by another surgeon. She was unhappy with the deviated and bulbous appearance of her nose. She wanted a more stylized nose that was congruent with her other facial features. Dr. Cason performed an open structural revision rhinoplasty to straighten her nose and refine her nasal tip. 

Dr. Cason also performed an upper lid blepharoplasty to manage her heavy appearing upper eyelids, and a lateral brow lift to accentuate the arch in her eyebrows. A lateral brow lift is performed with two small incisions hidden in the hairline, and is very effective in improving the aesthetic of the periorbital region.
