This 66-year-old out of town patient visited our Grapevine, TX practice for facial rejuvenation. She had extra skin of her neck, as well as jowling, that obscured her jawline and lower facial features. Dr. Roger Cason performed a facelift and neck lift with fat grafting to give her a defined jawline and cervicomental angle. She also underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty.
