This 18 year old patient from Dallas-Ft. Worth had a poorly defined and under-projected nasal tip. Plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an open rhinoplasty to improve and refine her nasal profile. He also performed an alar base excision (nostril reduction).
