This 35-year-old patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen and hips after pregnancy. Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with muscle repair, as well as liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back with fat transfer to the buttocks and hips (BBL). The combination of the extended abdominoplasty and gluteal fat transfer were critical to adequately narrowing her waist and accentuating her natural curves.
