This patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area presented for an implant exchange and a breast lift. She wanted to stay the same size, but wanted a perkier appearance of her breasts. Grapevine/Southlake plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason replaced her old implants with Allergan moderate profile gummy bear implants, and also performed a mastopexy to reposition her nipple and breast tissue.
