This 39 year old patient from North Texas wanted to increase her breast volume and improve her cleavage after a prior breast augmentation. Dallas plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason exchanged her old 420 cc saline implants for Mentor Moderate Plus Xtra 525 cc silicone implants for added volume, and adjusted her capsule to medialize her implants and provide better cleavage and upper pole fullness.
