This patient from Dallas-Ft. Worth previously underwent a breast augmentation with 304 cc implants. She wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. More specifically, she wanted to increase the size with enhanced cleavage. Dr. Roger Cason performed an implant exchange, placing Allergan 485 cc full profile silicone implants. He also performed internal suturing to improve the shape and position of the implants.
