Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Before & After Case 956

This patient presented with concerns about the appearance and discomfort associated with her breasts. Over twenty years ago, she underwent breast augmentation with mastopexy. More recently, she became dissatisfied with the droopy appearance of her breasts and noticed increasing discomfort from her existing implants. Her goals included restoring a more youthful breast contour and resolving issues related to the previous augmentation.

To address these concerns, Dr. Jay Xue performed an implant removal, total capsulectomy, and mastopexy during a single procedure. This comprehensive approach allowed for removal of both the old implants and associated scar tissue while reshaping and lifting the breast tissue using mastopexy techniques. The procedure aimed to provide a natural-looking result while also improving the patient's comfort.
