This 38 year old patient from DFW has significant skin excess after a massive weight loss following bariatric surgery. Grapevine, TX plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed a lower body lift, or belt lipectomy, to address her extra skin and lift her buttocks. She also underwent a breast lift with augmentation using Allergan 310 cc moderate profile gummy bear implants. Dr Cason used a Galaflex internal bra for added support of the implants.
