Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 209

This 46 year old woman was bothered by excess upper eyelid skin. She was aware that she had asymmetric eyebrows (with the left being lower than the right), but did not want to address her brow position at this time. (A brow lift operation could be used to elevate her eyebrows and correct the asymmetry.) We agreed that an upper eyelid blepharoplasty was appropriate to remove her excess skin. Post operative photos are shown 2 months after surgery. Her eyes appear more open and "fresh" - most notably on the left side.
