Transconjunctival Lower Belpharoplasty

This 36 year old woman constantly had a tired appearance and it bothered her when people noticed.  I performed a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty to remove excess lower eyelid fat, and she now looks more energetic!  She is happy with the compliments she has received at work, and has started wearing contacts as she doesn’t feel the need to hide behind glasses.
