Case Details
This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. More specifically, she was bothered by her dorsal hump and drooping, bulbous tip. In addition, she was interested in improving the appearance of her upper and lower eyelids.
Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an open rhinoplasty to straighten her nose, remove her dorsal hump, and refine her nasal tip. He also performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty with facial fat grafting.
