Patient Age 63
This 63 year old woman wanted to age a bit more gracefully, and first visited me to discuss neck rejuvenation. We decided to address her eyes as well, since they were significantly contributing to an “aged” look. I performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty (with transconjunctival fat removal and TCA peel to tighten the skin), as well as a face lift with SMAS imbrication and open platysmaplasty. She is now quite happy with her appearance!
