This patient presented to our clinic to address the bags under his lower eyelids, as well as a droopy right eyelid (eyelid ptosis) that was limiting his vision. Southlake plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an upper blepharoplasty with repair of his eyelid ptosis, lower blepharoplasty, and facial fat grafting.
