Facial rejuvenation

This 52 year old woman came to my office interested in neck liposuction.  She had a significant amount of extra fat in her neck, but also had overlying skin laxity of the neck as well as upper eyelids.  (You can see how much her forehead muscles strain to “lift” the extra skin off the eyelids, giving her a “stressed” look.)  I performed an upper blepharoplasty and rhytidectomy with open platysmaplasty and SMASectomy to give her a more relaxed and youthful appearance.
