Patient Age 63
This 63 year old woman was unhappy with facial aging, with neck laxity, jowls, and hooding of her upper eyelids. I performed an upper blepharoplasty, rhytidectomy with SMAS imbrication and an open platysmaplasty to address her concerns. It took her longer than normal to get used to the “tight” feeling of her neck, but she is now enjoying the natural appearing results.
