Case Details
This 41 year old woman did not like her profile appearance. She had a strong dorsum with a hanging tip (which dropped back when she smiles.) On frontal view, the nose seemed to curve towards the right, mainly due to deficiency in the right middle vault. I performed a refinement rhinoplasty to address her concerns and improve facial ballance.
