After having multiple pregnancies, this 37-year-old patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area wanted an improved abdominal contour, slimmer waistline, as well as fuller and more youthful breasts. Pregnancy left her with severe rectus diastasis, and breastfeeding resulted in deflation and exaggerated asymmetry of her breasts.
To achieve her goals, Dr. Roger Cason performed an extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with muscle repair, liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back, as well as a breast lift with gummy bear implants. To improve her asymmetry, an Allergan moderate profile 210 cc implant was used on the left, and a moderate profile 345 cc implant was used on the right.
