This 40 year old patient wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts and abdomen after pregnancy. She had previously undergone a breast lift with implants. Over time, the implants migrated inferiorly below her natural breast border, giving them a bottom-heavy look. Her goal was to have slightly smaller breasts, but with more upper pole fullness.
Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an implant exchange with Mentor 500 cc silicone gummy bear implants, a revision of her prior breast lift, and placement of a Galaflex Internal Bra to support the implants and provide her with a fuller, more projecting look. She also underwent an abdominoplasty with muscle repair and liposuction to define her silhouette.
