This 42-year-old patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area lost significant weight after a gastric sleeve procedure. This left her with excess skin of her abdomen, as well as breast ptosis and deflation. Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an abdominoplasty with muscle repair, liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, and a breast lift with augmentation using Allergan 415 cc high profile gummy bear implants.
