Silicone Implants Before & After Case 105

This 33 year old mother of two from Colleyville came to my Southlake office interested in breast augmentation surgery to regain the breasts she had while breast feeding. She had a very athletic physique, and was worried about being too large after surgery (she wanted to look natural and not "fake"). After a full discussion and evaluation, we decided to proceed with breast augmentation using silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscles. (Because of her thin frame, silicone implants would give the most natural appearance and feel to her breasts.) 

During surgery, I used Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile implants, with 275cc on the right side and 300cc on the left (to improve some minor volume asymmetries) and adjusted her breast position slightly to correct for positional asymmetry. Her recovery was uneventful and she absolutely loves her new look! Our choice of implants resulted in the natural appearing enhancement that she was seeking, and she now fills out her clothing perfectly. (Photos were taken 4 weeks after surgery.)
