Silicone Implants Before & After Case 175

This 25 year old mother of 2 from Forth Worth visited my Southlake plastic surgery office interested in a 'mommy makeover' procedure. She had been visiting my website for over a year, but had wanted to complete her family before moving forward with surgery. With all of her research, she knew she wanted both a breast augmentation to restore lost volume, as well as an abdominoplasty to get back her pre-pregnancy tummy.

With her petite frame, we decided that 225cc silicone implants would achieve her goal of a natural C-cup. Since she gained 45 lbs during pregnancy, a standard tummy tuck was appropriate to remove her excess skin. The surgery was very uneventful, and was completed in just under 3 hours. Intra-operatively, I found that she had a 5 cm rectus diastasis, which I tightened 7 cm to really help flatten her stomach. Approximately 230 gm of abdominal skin was removed, getting rid of most stretch-marks from below her belly button. Our scar location was designed to be hidden by swimwear, and was low enough to remove her old c-section and inguinal hernia scars.

Her recovery was smooth, and she is now back to running her own business and taking care of her young children. Photos were taken at 6 weeks post op, and she loves her 'perfect' C-cup breasts. She is back to jogging, but will hold back from pushing the double jog-stroller for another 4 weeks (per my request!)
