This 42-year-old patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area desired improved contour of her abdomen and breasts. She had previously undergone a submuscular breast augmentation with 390 cc saline implants, which had migrated inferiorly over the years. In addition to a repair of her rectus diastasis, she wanted an increase in breast size and exchange for silicone implants. 

Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with muscle repair and a mastopexy (breast lift) with implant exchange. Her 390 cc saline implants were replaced with Allergan 485 cc gummy bear implants. She also underwent liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back to further accentuate her waistline.
