This 45-year-old patient from central Texas lost considerable weight and wanted to improve the appearance of his abdomen and chest. Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. To improve his gynecomastia, Dr. Cason performed VASER liposuction of his chest.
