This 40 year old patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area had lost significant weight after bariatric surgery. She wanted to dress the excess skin of her abdomen and well as her drooping breasts. To achieve her goals, Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed a mastopexy, abdominoplasty, and liposuction.
