This 22-year-old patient from the Dallas area presented to our Grapevine/Southlake clinic seeking a rhinoplasty. She wanted to improve her dorsal hump and wide, bulbous nasal tip. Dr. Roger Cason performed an open rhinoplasty to address her concerns, resulting in a natural, yet refined nose that beautifully fits her face.
